The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing stay. the spa facilities were a highlight, with a Turkish bath treatment for two people that offered great value. the pool was also enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

The room we stayed in was outdated and not as portrayed in the pictures. There were holes in the walls and rust in the bath.

Located in a peaceful area with beautiful Asian Gardens. Spa and pool facilities are enjoyable, though not exceptional. Pub offers a wide range of vegan options and generous portions. The upgraded executive rooms have lovely 4 poster beds. Breakfast is delicious with a stunning restaurant setting.

I had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The Superior room I stayed in was modern and relaxing, with a huge bed and a luxurious waterfall shower. I even had a TV in the bath! Despite overlooking the car park, it was surprisingly quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The food and atmosphere in Nelson's bar were both excellent, with plenty of choices and a relaxed environment. The hotel also offers free parking, which was convenient.

I had a pleasant surprise when I arrived at the hotel for a birthday celebration. Although I had asked about purchasing items for the room beforehand and didn't receive a clear response, they still left a card and some chocolates for me, which was a nice gesture.

Its staff and rooms were fab that's why I truly enjoyed the place. The room was top-notch with extremely comfy beds.

Ideal base for 2 nights with amazing and brilliant staff at all times. Stunning location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from St Mary's Church. Lovely area near to Chester and Liverpool. Great to have an indoor restaurant for dinner.

We loved it during our very good stay. Exceptional property, exceptionally clean, its staff and rooms were first class.

The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful surroundings and two excellent restaurants onsite. The "Gastro" pub is a cozy spot with delicious food, while the "PALM COURT" restaurant offers a new and elegant dining experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of facilities to enjoy, such as the spa and pool.

It's a shame that there were occasional issues with the smell in some of the rooms.

Food was delicious and I have nothing but very enjoyable memories from this trip. I booked air-conditioned executive double room here with the bedroom, 2 single beds pushed together, shower. The pool was very clean and I had bottled drinks in the main bar.

The service was good, it had a lovely a la carte restaurant. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was free.

The hotel is stunning both inside and out, with a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped gym. The restaurant on Saturday offers a lovely atmosphere with live piano music playing in the background, creating a relaxing dining experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and friendly staff that provide excellent service. The breakfast selection is great, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with a pub next door for more entertainment options in the evening.

One negative aspect is the occasional lack of friendliness from some staff members, which can be off-putting at times.

It made my trip to Chester a lovely experience. Beautiful room, comfy bed and clean bathroom.

The staff is charming here, the services are terrific, and location is quiet not far from the restaurant. Huge, tidy room with a view.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities. The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location in the center of Chester made it easy to explore the city. The new restaurant at the hotel was absolutely delightful, with a gorgeous ambience. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The stay here was very very good, enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably clean with perfect location short walk to Chester / Wrexham and Chester. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive, everything was very clean.

Everything was simply great. Stylish hotel, clean and 0.5 km from the airport. Gorgeous buffet breakfast with outstanding choices. Amazing service was provided here too.

Wonderful relaxing place, it was fairly clean and had accommodating staff on the reception desk. The breakfast was vegan and offered plenty of splendid food. Its location was indeed fab and only 5 minutes walk from St Mary. I appreciated this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful area that was currently undergoing refurbishment. The highlight of my stay was dining at the Palm Court restaurant, which was conveniently located right next to the hotel. The evening meals were absolutely divine, and the buffet breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. The service was impeccable, with staff who made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service. The hotel itself had a range of amenities, including a leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There were also BBQ facilities, a sun terrace, and a garden area where I could relax and unwind. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a truly luxurious experience.

All in all, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the Palm Court restaurant where we enjoyed delicious evening meals as well as a buffet breakfast. The area surrounding the hotel was beautiful, with stunning gardens outside. The hotel itself was decorated beautifully, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff gave excellent customer service, making us feel very welcome and they provided a great service, assisting with any modifications we needed for our accommodations. The room was large and well-appointed, equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the lovely surroundings. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
